I wonder how would August feel because of his face. he might feel so sad or lonely. Or he would feel so sorry for his mother about his face. I can understand August because my mom helps me a lot when I am feeling bad. Also if I was August, I will be so angry and frustrated, but I would be very thankful for Summer who is August’s friend. I would like Summer because she was so helpful for me and she was nice to me. I can understand August because I will feel the similar feeling as him. If I was August, I might think negatively and get more sad. But it is not good to think negatively. So I will ask my mom what to do. I totally understand August about his feelings.
I wonder why Julian was so mean to August. Because there is no need to be mean to other peoples. Julian might wanted to be friends with him, or Julian might didn't like him because of his attitude that didn't talk and putting his head down and saying nothing. But I don't think he teased him because of his attitude. Most kids don't really care about attitude, or if Julian didn't like his attitude, he could just tell him that he doesn't like how he behave. I think it is because Julian wanted to be friends with him. Julian wanted him to talk, play and be friends with him and Julian make fun of him because he was too shy to talk with him in a nice way. So I think Julian wanted to be friends with August.
